Welcome to my website...
I offer grammar and business writing seminars in cities across the United States, and I teach grammar, writing, and proofreading courses for community colleges in the Washington, D.C., metropolitan area. I am an editor (I have edited two books to date, one of them receiving four awards for excellence) and a writing coach (I served as a writing coach for two years for Department of Agriculture leaders). I am a published poet and writer and am currently working on my first book manuscript.
Do you ever say something such as, "Please send your checks and money orders to Ashley and I" when it should be "Ashley and me"? Would you write, "Eric's participation in the meetings, as well as his financial support, are greatly appreciated"...or would you correctly write "is" greatly appreciated? Do you ever put a period or a comma outside a quotation mark or confuse "ensure" and "insure"?
If you have these problems or others in business writing, you've come to the right place! I offer exciting courses in grammar, business writing, proofreading, and more.
If you've never been to one of my classes--welcome! If you have attended one of my courses--welcome back! I am delighted to work with you and help your communications and your image become stronger through better grammar and writing.
